We offer free, contactless estimates for your convenience. To provide you with an accurate quote, we will need your address. This allows us to locate your home using Google imaging and assess the areas you wish to illuminate. If your home is newer where Google imaging might be outdated, we may request that you take and send us photos showing the roofline and any other areas you want to decorate. This process ensures that we can provide you with a detailed and precise estimate tailored to your specific needs.  Depending on how much we can see from the photos an on-site visit may be required.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your place on our installation schedule.
The remaining 50% balance is due on the day of installation.

How to prepare home for light installation?

Accepted Answer

Power Supply
We’ll need access to your preferred power outlet.
If your outlet has an on/off switch or timer, please make sure it’s turned on before installation.
Roofline Considerations
Please ensure gutters are "cleaned" prior to installation (to prevent damage or issues).
Keep the driveway clear to allow safe and efficient access.
If you have gutter guards or specialized gutters, please notify us in advance (some systems prevent proper light installation).
Landscaping
Complete any tree/bush trimming or maintenance before installation.
Ensure roofline access areas have enough clearance.
Hedges and trees receiving lights should be well-groomed beforehand (so lights aren’t cut or damaged).
Remind gardeners/landscapers to be cautious around cords and lighting, as trimming tools can easily cause failures.
