FAQs

  • Who is buying the lights and decorations? LA Holiday Lights will purchase all of the lights required based on the agreed upon design.  If you need additional lights for any other area of the house we can provide those.  We will store the lights throughout the year and hopefully you will decided to be a customer the following year.

  • What happens at the end of the season? We will schedule a time to come and remove your lights, decorations or anything else that has been setup.

  • Where to start? We recommend starting with your roof line and maybe a few trees.  After that depending on your budget we can assist you with some other ideas to really showcase your house. 

  • LED vs Incandescent Bulbs? The Lighting manufactures have made big strides in bulbs over the last decade and have created a LED bulb that has the identical look to the traditional incandescent warm white bulb.  Long gone are the days of cold or cool white LED bulbs.  Because of this 95% of our jobs use LED bulbs.  The LED bulbs are much more stable and reliable bulb and WAY WAY more energy efficient.

  • What happens if my lights aren't working?  If you notice your an outage at your home please give us a call, email or text and we will schedule a time as soon as possible to come repair the issue.

  • Do you hang lights in my neighborhood? We serve the greater LA area.  We have homes in Santa Monica, Burbank, Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Pacific Palisades, Los Feliz, Encino, Pasadena, Westwood, Cheviot Hills to name a few.  We are always adding new neighborhoods so please don't hesitate to reach out.
